Final war against corruption seems to have fallen short of promises. The two ideology of war and protest are, by their very definition, contrary. War is forceful in nature, protest isn't.
What the team failed to realize is that corruption is not restricted to politicians. Corruption plagues the entire country. A people's movement should not aim at demonizing the few. Instead it should act as a platform to allow a larger mass realize what is wrong.
This realization(consensus) cannot be forced upon, but has to be gained by the masses with consent. Something which has lasted for so long won't go away in one year. If a war needs be fought, it should be an ongoing war(with perseverance) and not a final war(with impatience).
